G&G Services Unlimited is seeking an experienced Night Dispatcher to join our team for the night shift. This position will be on a 7/7 rotation. The ideal candidate will have proven dispatching experience in the oilfield and the ability to manage a high volume of activity during overnight operations.
G&G Services Unlimited is a local oil and gas services company established in 2012 in the Haynesville Shale specializing in vacuum transport, water sales, equipment rental, and much more. We operate a large fleet of tractors, trailers, and other heavy machinery that is maintained by our onsite shop and mechanics. About the Role
As a Night Dispatcher, you will coordinate and oversee the movement of company and owner-operator trucks during night hours, ensuring safe and efficient operations across our fleet. While the majority of dispatch activity will be focused on vacuum trucks, you will also be responsible for scheduling and supporting additional units including winch trucks, hydro vacs, super vacs, roll-offs, and more.
- Dispatch drivers and equipment to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and communicate with drivers throughout the night to ensure job completion and adherence to schedule
- Track locations and statuses of all trucks using dispatch software and ELDs
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs, equipment utilization, and driver hours
- Coordinate with day dispatch and operations team for hand-off and daily transition
- Respond to customer calls and requests during night hours, providing excellent service
- Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift
- Previous dispatch experience in the oil and gas industry is required
- Proficiency with IronSight and Gemini service systems
- Strong working knowledge of vacuum trucks and other oilfield transportation equipment
- Familiarity with ELD systems and dispatch/route tracking software
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HSE requirements
- Prior experience dispatching multiple equipment types (winch trucks, hydro vacs, roll-offs, etc.)
