Night Maintenance

The Granite Mountain Quarries Plant 2 Operations in Little Rock, Arkansas is currently recruiting for Night Maintenance. Only on-line applicants will be considered / evaluated.

Night Maintenance Classification Description:

Night Maintenance will assist in plant operations as assigned. Changing screen in shakers and changing roller on conveyors. Splice belts and help on crusher overhauls. Assist when and where needed and that would include helping the welders. Ability to learn and safely be a part of the daily responsibilities. Be able to perform tasks in hot or cold climate conditions which can be extreme. Ability to occasionally crawl, lift, push and pull 100lbs. Ability to do moderate manual labor and be a positive part of a team is part of the daily responsibilities.

Basic Requirements:

Are you willing and able to shovel?

Are you willing to work up to a 12-hour shift and additional overtime and weekends if necessary?

Are you willing and able to climb ladder, stairs, or graded inclines to access plant structures?

Are you willing and able to stand, kneel, and lie prone to complete the work assigned to you?

Are you willing and able to use a 16-pound hammer?

Are you willing and able to lie on back or face down in an area that is approximately 15 inches in height while pulling a 4-foot x 8-foot screen into place?

Are you willing and able to occasionally lift up to 100lbs., push, pull and crawl up to 100lbs.?

Are you willing and able to perform the basic qualifications identified in the job description for Plant Night Maintenance?
