Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Field Manager to lead an inspection team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance in all field operations. This role oversees scheduling, reviews inspection reports, supports contractor quality assurance, and provides training and guidance to inspectors. By optimizing resources and maintaining high standards, the Field Manager helps deliver program success and client satisfaction
- Lead and support the inspection team in daily tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
- Review inspection reports, approve schedules, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct field inspections as needed to support staff and maintain program quality.
- Provide training, coaching, and technical support to inspectors and contractors.
- Represent the inspection team in client meetings and contribute to process improvements.
This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD maintain program integrity, maximize contract performance, and deliver high-quality results through effective leadership of field operations.

- Leadership experience managing field staff, inspections, or construction/energy efficiency teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, diagnostic testing, and quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance oversight with hands-on field support as needed
- Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration.
- Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence. Field work is performed both outside and inside of buildings in varying weather conditions. Field work may include accessing attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other locations associated within the built environment.
- Travel Requirements: This position requires regular local travel within the program service area to support inspections, attend meetings, and support field staff.
