Job Summary:
Seeking a Network Technician to support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure. This role includes network monitoring, troubleshooting voice and data circuits, and handling service desk tickets.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and point-to-point networks
- Respond to network alerts and faults promptly
- Use tools and reports to identify and resolve issues
- Document incidents and changes in ServiceNow or similar systems
- Provide technical support and escalate issues when needed- 1+ year of network support experience - 1+ year in a service desk or call center environment
- Familiarity with voice/data circuits and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
