We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Network Security Engineer for our Network Security team. This position can be located in Brooklyn, NY, Hicksville, NY, Syracuse, NY, or Waltham, MA (candidates may also reside in either Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). What You'll Do

As a Network Security Engineer for our Network Security Operations Center (NSOC), you'll be part of a team responsible for day to day management of Network Security capabilities within the NSOC. You'll act on incident, change, and problem management activities. Additionally, you'll actively seek opportunities to enhance the NSOC's overall capability and process workflow. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize Network Security capabilities, with the goal of improving user experience and enhancing the organization's security posture. This position will on occasion require you to field a call off hours. Key responsibilities include the following:

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure in our service territory (NY & MA and adjacent states) where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. We work with our employees to foster a flexible work schedule.

Salary

Dowstate NY 97,000 - $114,000 a year

Massachusetts $91,000 - $107,000 a year

Upstate NY $81,000 - $95,000 a year

Salary is commensurate with experience and location

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
