NETA Certified Test Technician

Job Purpose:

The NETA Certified Electrical Field Test Technician will inspect, test, collect data and maintain electrical equipment at client sites. The equipment includes switchboards, panelboards, transformers, cabling etc. Technicians will work with electrical equipment, such as SF6 & vacuum circuit breakers, pad mount transformers/GSU transformers, grounding, instrument transformers, and other protective devices.

Education Level: High school diploma or GED is required. Education from technical or trade school is desirable.

Certification(s): NETA

Years of work experience: 4-8 years of professional experience

Hourly Pay Range: $40 - $60
