Overview
The Multimedia Coordinator is responsible for creating, editing, and managing visual and multimedia content across various platforms to support the organization's branding, marketing, and communication objectives.

Essential Functions
•Designs, produces, and edits multimedia content, including videos, graphics, animations, and photography, for use on the web, social media, events, and presentations.
•Creates original and engaging video content for internal and external use, handling post-production in a variety of styles and techniques.
•Collaborates with the marketing department on graphic design projects such as flyers, posters, magazines, brochures, etc.
•Operates drones to capture high-quality aerial footage for various projects and events; obtains necessary flight authorizations and waivers for restricted airspace when required.
•Shoots, edits, and produces high-quality video content, including b-roll, on-camera interviews, and fully scripted segments.
•Oversees, under the guidance of professional or management staff, social media scheduling, content creation, growth, and strategy aligned with marketing initiatives, brand guidelines, and messaging.
•Manages and maintains digital assets, including organizing and archiving video footage, photos, and graphic files.
•Collaborates with the marketing team to identify new ideas and strategies to support business objectives.
•Supports proposals through the creation of graphics or videos to be used in proposal or interview documents.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
•High school diploma or GED.
•One (1) year of experience in multimedia content development, or a closely related field.
•Part 107 License required or must be obtained within one (1) year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Knowledge of principles and practices of social media content development.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
•Knowledge of and skills in operating video/audio editing software, camera operation, and lighting equipment.
•Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
•Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to high production quality.
Work Environment
•Light work environment. General office settings with limited exposure to light physical and occasional uncomfortable environmental conditions. Work may require lifting up to 25 pounds; occasional exposure to light, noise, dust, time pressure, etc.
