What You’ll be Doing
This role will involve managing day-to-day maintenance needs, coordinating client service requests, and providing advisory support on projects and tasks. The role may require occasional evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage a portfolio of facilities totaling over 250,000 sq ft and ensure compliance with service agreements.
•Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
•Provide weekly status updates to Keystone Leadership and submit project and budget reports.
•Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and contract compliance.
•Address client need, oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate services such as janitorial, landscaping, and waste removal.
•Perform site walk-throughs, document maintenance needs, and provide feedback to clients.

Working Conditions
•Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime or additional hours as needed.
•Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
•Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards as well as inclement weather.
Additional Requirements
•Successful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checks.
•Valid driver’s license and driving history check.
•Reside within 30 minutes of Midtown, Atlanta, GA.

Salary Transparency Statement
The pay range for this position is $93k - 106k Annually. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•7-10 years of experience in facilities management, including MEP systems.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as CMMS and construction management software
•5+ years of experience managing teams and supervising employees.
•Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred.
