Builtech is seeking a Multi-Family Superintendent to take ownership of and lead successful projects for our clients.
· Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
· Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
· Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
· Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
· Develop & implement project procedures, management tools, standards, etc. with project team.
· Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on-site contact.
· Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
· Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience with a resume of 3 to 5 successful projects

· Proficiency in the following software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore
· Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40-pound loads at the same time
· Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
· Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary
