As we continue to grow, we’re seeking experienced Mud Loggers to join our team in West Texas, New Mexico, South Texas, and Louisiana.

Responsibilities

- Rig up / rig down equipment

- Collect drilling cuttings from the shaker

- Analyze cuttings under a microscope for lithology, mineralogy, and hydrocarbons

- Update logging software with analysis data

- Monitor gas for over-pressured formations

- Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations

- Provide daily updates to the Operations Geologist

Requirements

- 5+ years of mudlogging experience required

- Ability to work 3–4 weeks straight with shift rotations

- Excellent communication and self-management skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening

- Basic computer proficiency

- Valid driver’s license required

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)

Schedule

- 12-hour shifts (day or night)

- On-site lodging provided

- Must live/work on the rig site during rotation

Compensation

Pay:

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Work Location

Primarily in Western Texas with multiple on-site locations.
