We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Saint-Augustin, Quebec, Monday to Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Reporting to the team leader, the mobile equipment mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing the fleet, working at various sites and following up regularly with their team leader.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mobile equipment (trucks, excavators, loaders, lifts, etc.);
- Perform visual inspections and carry out preventive maintenance according to schedules;
- Replace defective parts and make necessary repairs;
- Ensure that equipment operates safely and in accordance with company standards;
- Travel occasionally to support the team at the Port of Quebec site.
- You have a diploma in heavy equipment mechanics.
- You have PEP certification (an asset).
- You have experience with hydraulic systems (an asset).
- You are independent, reliable, and punctual.
- You are known for your sense of responsibility.
- You excel at tasks requiring excellent manual dexterity.
- You stand out for your speed of execution.
- You have excellent teamwork skills.
