Job Description/Objectives
•
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision in a very busy office environment
•
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
•
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
•
Work independently, while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
•
Room for growth within a strong international organization with 200 plus employees
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
•
Verify that all order special instructions from the customer are entered with the order and follow up to ensure the order is completed.
•
Transcribe all required data when required.
•
Perform administrative duties for the trading team.
•
Handle customer service needs when required.
•
Print and distribute daily reports.
•
Process trading report.
•
Track customer requests as required.
•
Update trading files.
•
Follow-up on incoming material / future orders.
Qualifications
•
At least 3 year in an office environment
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
•
Proficiency in use of copiers/scanners/faxes
•
Strong Organizational skills
•
High school diploma or equivalent
•
Spanish speaking a plus
•
Reliable transportation required
