This is an on-call position that will require remote troubleshooting and, if necessary, on site, off shift resolution of system problems. If the issue can't be resolved remotely, you will be expected to travel to the site and continue the troubleshooting and repair process to get the respective critical systems back up and running. As necessary, the field systems technician will act as a backup for the Field Systems Engineer in his absence.
