Overview

Reporting to the Superintendent – Mining, the Learning and Development Coordinator – Mine Equipment is responsible for ensuring that all employees have the necessary training required to perform their duties. They will be responsible for determining training requirements, developing and maintaining training courses, manuals, materials and evaluation procedures as a subject matter expert in their functional team.
