About the Job:

Reporting to the Mine Shift Supervisor, the Fleet Management Dispatcher will play a vital role in ensuring safety and efficiency by monitoring and coordinating the movement of personnel and equipment while actively participating in safety meetings and emergency preparedness. Your responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the fleet management system, generating reports, and managing real-time communications, all within a team environment focused on the future of digital mining.

Responsibilities:

+ Assignment of equipment + Recording and tracking movements of all personnel + (high/low grade, windrow, and waste) by loaders and trucks (location and destination) + All equipment downtime and the nature of that downtime + All development drill holes and bolts and their location + All development/production rounds fired and their location + All production drill and their location + The status of each active location as it changes
