MIG Welder/Fabricator

Located in Leola, PA we are Dexco Racking, manufacturer of Dexco Structural Steel I-Beam Racking Systems. We are a well-established, successful, and growing metal fabrication company that has been in business since 1962. We engineer and manufacture structural steel racking systems to safely meet nearly any weight requirement. Our racks are ideal for storing industrial materials such as lumber, coils, dies, pipe tubing, bar stock, sheet metal and glass supporting loads ranging from 2,000 to 80,000 pounds. Currently, we are undergoing a major $3.7M plant overhaul with updated lighting; new equipment; new lunch room and completely renovated men's and women's locker room spaces. Our specialty is Dexco Structural Steel I-Beam Racking Systems, where we are an industry leader in design and manufacturing.

We are currently skilled welders for 1st and 2nd shifts.

We are a fast-paced metal fabricating facility and are looking for experienced MiG Welders to join our team.

The Manufacturing Production Welder will be primarily responsible for welding and assembling metal pieces and products by using handheld welding equipment. Sets up parts for welding; uses hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures. Works from specifications, drawings, and weld symbols. Prepares and completes work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
