MIG Welder - 4 day work week!

MIG Welder

We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team for a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday. We're a small, fun company with a great culture that values teamwork and quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding both steel and aluminum and will be able to handle a variety of projects, with a focus on production welding.

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on various projects using both steel and aluminum.

- Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper function and safety.

- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and project specifications.

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a MIG welder, with a strong ability to weld both steel and aluminum.

- Experience in production welding is a plus.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Pay: $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
