What You’ll Be Doing:
•Answering calls with a smile and enthusiasm
•Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers
•Managing online inquiries and customer requests
•Coordinating with dispatchers to ensure our techs get to the right place at the right time
•Making “Happy Calls” to check in with customers after service
•Meeting sales and customer engagement goals
