Metal Recycling Material Sorter

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sorter to join our team. The Sorter will be responsible for organizing and separating materials efficiently.

Duties

- Sort and organize materials according to set guidelines

- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed

- Clean work areas regularly

-Identify scrap, including the grade and type of material and any undesirable elements within the material

Qualifications

- Experience in heavy lifting and physical labor is preferred

- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment like forklifts and loaders is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47 per week
