JOB DUTIES

All-Clad has a number of departments/cells within the plant that have specific jobs in creating and assembling the cookware from start to finish; we are in need of workers to be placed in our Forming department who have skills/previous experience in running hydraulic presses, hilite machines, lathes and trimmers. There are several areas of work which comprise the Forming department:

This position requires standing the entire time up to 10 hours a day. This will be a rigorous job with various ergonomic movements involved as well as lifting a minimum of 10 lbs, so being physically fit is a must.

HIRING NEEDS

We are currently hiring for the Swing Shift; this is a FULL-TIME position (we do not have part-time positions)

SWING SHIFT (one week daylight turn then next week afternoon turn, in an alternating "swing" pattern). On a typical 40 hour week without OT, daylight shift is 7:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri; afternoon shift is 3:00p-11:00p Mon-Fri. When working on the Afternoon turn, workers receive a 30 cents an hour differential.*

*WE ARE IN MANDATORY OVERTIME MODE so workers are scheduled to work any given week as either five - 10 hour days Mon-Fri (totaling 50 hours) OR four - 10 hour days + an 8 hour Friday (totaling 48 hours). The scheduling of overtime hours and days is decided by management.
