Metal Manufacturing Production

Monarch is a family-owned metal manufacturing business in Medford and seeking to add another team member to our production crew. We are a small, close team with typically 8-10 people. We work hard and have a fast paced office, but strive for a positive work environment with a flexible work schedule for a balanced work/life. The ideal candidate will be used to working with their hands in a production environment and be organized, clean, detail-oriented and self motivated. Prior experience in metalwork or in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

We are looking for a part time or full time worker. Our operational hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, however we do have some flexibility as needed.

Tasks Include:

- Working with benchtop rolling mills for small sheet metal operations

- Punching out small parts on hand operated arbor presses as well as powered punch presses

- Feeding parts into hydraulic presses

- Torching metals to bend/anneal/melt

- Loading and unloading kilns

- Cleaning work stations/shop area

- Other misc shop tasks

Skills/requirements

- Basic knowledge of tools

- Able to stand & work an 8 hour shift

- Able to lift & carry 50 pounds

- Pass a full background check

- Prior experience in manufacturing is not required, but is recommended

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
