Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the MES Group and Engineering Teams to evaluate, design, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
•Develop and optimize MES workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
•Analyze production data and manufacturing processes to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
•Work on system integration projects to ensure compatibility between MES and various production technologies.
•Support, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of MES-related automation solutions.
•Provide technical expertise on automation strategies, MES functionality, and process engineering.
•Ensure all automation initiatives comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
•Conduct training and provide documentation on MES processes and automation for stakeholders.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Follow IT Policy and procedures and maintain KSOX audit compliance. Support internal and external audits related to IT application controls and IT general controls by providing reports and supporting documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)* in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent job experience in a related field.
•Experience with MES systems, automation tools, and industrial control technologies.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and system integration.
•Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation platforms is a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment with MES automation integration.
•Hands-on experience with digital transformation initiatives, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
•Certifications in MES, automation, or related fields are a plus.
