Membership Coordinator (Motorsports)

The International Hotrod Association (IHRA) is actively recruiting a membership coordinator to serve as a customer service representative in assisting members, prospective members, and to aid administrative staff in a variety of roles such as sales, marketing, and data entry.

This exciting position is ideal for someone with an appreciation of motorsports and requires the ability to perfect and execute an incoming request process and perform data input while cordially fielding phone calls and emails. In addition, the membership coordinator will monitor social media and respond to issues to ensure the best customer service for our members and prospective members.

Experience in membership association, virtual & in-person customer service, and with social media content/graphic design is highly desirable. Please note that this position includes the potential need for taking calls on nights and weekends and a willingness to sometimes travel with the team to events to assist and market to members.

This position will remain dynamic and may include the responsibility of helping with associated brands and staff when service work is limited.

Salary will be based on experience and diversity of skills.
