Member Service Representative

Member Services Representative:

Avanti Federal Credit Union, a progressive and growing credit union in Watertown, SD is offering an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team as a member service representative.

As an MSR, you will:

'Perform front line transactions for members

'Answer the phone and assist members with questions

'Process ACH and Checking exception items

'Open new accounts

'Provide investment information

'Monitor loan files for required documentation

'Promote and sell credit union products and services

As an MSR, you can expect:

'Compensation commensurate with experience

'Benefits to include health, dental, vision insurance, 401 k, vacation, sick and holiday pay

'Monday-Friday work week

'A friendly, collaborative work environment.

Qualified candidates should include 1-3 years banking or credit union experience and have knowledge of various computer programs.
