What You'll Do (Generalized, please see full job description):
As a Member Information Representative, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Cherryland, helping our members feel supported, informed, and valued. Whether you're answering questions, problem solving, or guiding someone through a service request, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day. Here's a peek at your day-to-day might look like in this fast paced, on-site role:
- Be the go-to expert for member inquiries-whether it's billing, service orders, or account updates.
- Help members understand their energy usage and billing patterns with clarity and care.
- Use a variety of tech tools to communicate with members and keep things running smoothly (or greet them with a smile while helping them in-office).
- Process payments and assist with collections in a respectful, solution-focused way.
- Handle member data with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stay curious- learn about our programs, services, and safety practices so you can best support the team and our members.
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, respectful, and helpful experience for every member.
