•Assist field medic personnel with equipment deliveries, audits, and training.
•Organize storeroom, ensure equipment and vehicles are in ready state for upcoming work.
•Provide continuous leadership and ongoing support for field paramedics (EMR, PCP, ACP).
•Cover last minute schedule gaps or sick calls for field medic personnel (This may require travel and working out of town from time to time).
•Conduct site safety tours and participate in safety meetings.
•Incident reporting and assist in investigations as required.
•Participate in emergency drills as required by Bravo Target Safety and/or clients.
•Maintain a professional and always committed attitude towards all personal on site.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Must have an active Emergency Medical Responder License with the Alberta College of Paramedics, with the willingness to obtain licenses from other provinces, if needed.
•Minimum 2 years’ prehospital experience in emergency setting.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas or construction.
•Managerial experience or experience in health and safety an asset.
•Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
•Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level A or C (or equivalent).
•Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
•Demonstrated leadership in all aspects of the job and ability to work in a team environment.
•Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
•Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol testing.
