The Mechanical Technician role works independently and with others to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. This position will report to the Roggen, CO location.

Performing maintenance and repairs on engines, compressors and associated components, such as compressor valves, spark plugs, cooling and lubrication systems (auxiliary)
Leading or performing overhaul of compressors and engines/engine swings, including foundation work, initial alignment, testing, and startup
Ensuring the safe, effective and efficient performance of maintenance and operation activities in accordance with Company standards and regulatory guidelines
Performing required preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
Driving a company owned vehicle within assigned area
Training less experienced employees and overseeing the work of contract personnel
Providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control over 3rd Party contractors performing major maintenance
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions

1 or more years maintenance/mechanical experience in oil and gas or related industry
Willing and able perform/comply, with or without a reasonable accommodation, with the following:
Climb various ladders and stairs ranging 5 to 20 feet in height on platforms and catwalks to perform maintenance on equipment as part of this position
Raise and transport articles weighing up to 50 pounds
Walk, stand, stoop, sit, climb, and carry material on a daily basis on even and uneven terrain
Work alone a high percentage of the time
Work scheduled or unscheduled overtime on an as-needed basis
Wear fire-retardant clothing and other personal protective equipment, such as steel-toe shoes and ear and eye protection
Maintain all required operations and safety training including required Operator Qualifications for DOT covered tasks
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and available maintenance programs
3 or more years direct experience with reading schematics, manuals and drawings
A sound knowledge of code requirements, including OSHA, Process Safety
1 or more years of direct experience conducting pipeline integrity tool runs
The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. The base pay range for this role is $91,300 - $106,000 depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
