Essential Skills & Experience

- Welding certification with an experience window of 3-5 years.

- Communication: clear and efficient, both written and spoken

- Math skills that handle the basics with ease

- The endurance needed for lengthy tasks involving tool use

- Flexibility for shifts that vary—in rhythm and days

- Available for additional work as overtime demands arise
