Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance inspections, repairs, and rebuilds on all plant operating equipment. This role is crucial for achieving plant efficiency and equipment availability by minimizing unplanned stops and extended downtimes. The technician will participate in training and certification programs to stay updated with company standards.

Miscellaneous:* Manage inventory parts and ensure availability before starting jobs.

Safety:* Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Training:* Participate in training programs to upgrade skills.

Essential Attributes:* Flexibility to work various shifts and handle schedule changes.

Physical Demands:* Capable of accessing all plant locations and performing physical tasks.
