Mechanical Engineer, Senior or Staff

You will collaborate with other teams to scope, define, design, model, prototype, validate, and iterate the mechanical design of Antora’s thermal battery. You will be a key technical member of a cross-functional and rapidly growing organization. Your work will directly contribute to the demonstration of a first of a kind long-duration energy storage technology.

+ May directly manage a few engineers, if appropriate for scope and skillset, either as a technical project manager or people manager

Key Qualifications

+ Examples of relevant industry experience include power generation, aerospace, propulsion, or other industrial hardware products

+ Able to identify tradeoffs to determine where resources should be applied between systemic fixes (“glue” work) and short-term fixes, and flex between the two.

Salary Range: $129,000 USD - $210,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual

The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
