We are seeking skilled and dependable Mechanical & Electrical Installation Technicians to join our integration team. This role involves the on-site installation, assembly, and wiring, of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical installations, along with a commitment to safety, quality, and project deadlines.
- Install, assemble, and align mechanical equipment, components, and systems per blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform equipment setup, leveling, and alignment to ensure proper operation.
- Assist with mechanical testing and commissioning of systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical installation issues on-site.
- Use appropriate tools, lifting equipment, and safety gear to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
- Install electrical wiring, conduit, cable trays, junction boxes, and panels as per schematics and electrical codes.
- Connect motors, sensors, control panels, and other electrical components to mechanical systems.
- Test electrical connections and circuits using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to meet project specifications and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, test results, and site conditions.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE as required.
- Travel to client sites as needed (local, regional, or international, depending on the project).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
- Vocational or technical training in mechanical systems, electrical wiring, or electromechanical installation preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical installation.- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Familiarity with basic control systems, motor wiring, and PLC cabinet installation is a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have valid DL and ability to get passport if needed.
- Certification in mechanical or electrical work, industrial operations or manufacturing.
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training.
- Experience with industrial machinery, automation equipment, or manufacturing lines.
- Job sites may include industrial facility or commercial buildings
- Exposure to noise, dust, and mechanical/electrical hazards.
