Job Description - Hourly Position
The essential functions of this position are
•
Maintain equipment as assigned based on the operational needs of the mine.
•
Ability to follow and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
•
Knowledge of solid state circuitry electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
•
Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and all company policies
The marginal activities of this position are
•
Perform any other assigned tasks for which he or she is qualified by virtue of training or experience
Work Schedule
•
8 hour shift
•
Rotating shifts
•
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturday
•
Overtime - as required, and/or voluntary
License/Certification
•
WV Miner's Card - Black Hat (Required)
•
WV Electrical Card (Required)
Physical Requirements
•
Operate equipment in a safe efficient manner
•
Use various hand tools
•
Lift, carry, push, pull - tools, materials and supplies 50 - 100 lbs. regularly
•
Walk, bend, climb, reach, crawl as necessary
•
Work Closely with others in a team environment
