MECHANIC/Maintenance Tech Wanted! 1st & 2nd SHIFTS

Job Summary Yes, we build bridges! But there are lots of vehicles and equipment needed to get that job done. If you have auto mechanic abilities and willing to learn about trucks, forklifts, cranes, etc. – then we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full time MECHANIC/Maintenance Tech for 1st or 2nd shift (you will train on 1st shift for a few months). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, efficiently, and with little direction. But for those machines you’re not familiar with – we can train you. This individual must be flexible in their daily routines, be able to manage multiple priorities, handle stress well while maintaining a positive personality.

Responsibilities include:

* Clean driving record is a plus.

· Perform repairs associated with production equipment.

· Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

· Oversee outside expert technicians when required.

· Keep track of vehicles in Preventative Maintenance Program.

Qualifications:

· Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise, self-motivated.

· Must be a creative problem solver.

· 3 years of mechanical experience preferred.

· Have great manual dexterity.

· Attention to detail is a must.

· Honest, trustworthy, accurate, and dedicated to their career.

Pay and Benefits: $25 - $35 an hour depending on skillset with a shift differential for second shift.
