As the primary representative of the company during post-sale interactions, the Measure Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of each project from measurement to installation. Responsibilities
•Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary face of Lifetime Home Remodeling, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the post-sale process.
•Project Evaluation: Inspect and evaluate job sites to confirm the feasibility of the proposed project and identify necessary adjustments to the scope of work.
•Precise Measurements: Create detailed measurements and construction plans to prevent issues with product accuracy, minimizing financial impacts and ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Scope Adjustments: Negotiate directly with customers to alter project terms as needed, providing guidance on financing options due to scope changes.
•Material Procurement: Manage the procurement of all materials required for project completion.
•Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including lead-safe practices.
•Problem Resolution: Visit project sites to address and resolve issues related to mis-measured materials or other concerns.
•Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, attend operations meetings, and maintain accurate records of site evaluations and project plans.
Qualifications
•Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in measurement and construction planning.
•Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating detailed and accurate measurements and construction plans.
•Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and negotiate with customers.
•Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
•Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
•Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in varying field conditions.
