This position is only open to candidates who can travel via our company shuttle from Saskatoon or Prince Albert, or who reside within 100 km of the McIlvenna Bay site.
Foran Mining is a modern mining development and exploration company advancing Canada's only greenfield copper project currently under construction: the McIlvenna Bay deposit in Saskatchewan. At Foran, we are committed to sustainable development, environmental protection, and building strong communities. We believe in empowering our people, fostering a culture of growth, and creating opportunities for meaningful careers as we build the mines of the future.
As part of the Administrative Team for the MBO Site, the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to operations. You will assist with various clerical tasks, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, time entry and managing data related to operational activities. Your role involves handling documents, tracking production metrics, and organizing schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of the site.
We offer a competitive starting salary range of $60,000 - $70,000/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
Foran is committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce as we move into our next phase of growth. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to self-declare when submitting applications and resumes. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, you must be legally able to work in Canada.
The McIlvenna Bay Project site is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position and the remote work environment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, which includes drug and alcohol testing, as a condition of employment.
Deadline for applications to be submitted is: July 22, 2025
