Material Transport Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the job. If you have a background in the construction industry and are skilled in operating dump trucks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:

- Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, or aggregate to construction sites.

- Load and unload materials using a loader or backhoe.

- Use a bulldozer or other heavy equipment to grade and prepare the site for construction.

- Assist with paving or excavating duties as needed.

- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Skills:

- Experience operating a dump truck, backhoe, or loader.

- Knowledge of construction sites and the operations involved.

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers and tankers.

- Familiarity with horizontal drilling and excavation techniques.

- Experience with paving and excavation projects.

- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
