Start your new career as a Material Handler/Rigger with Cives Steel Company New England as a Material Handler/Rigger, you will unload, load, move, gather, and arrange various structural steel components using our overhead crane system and other material-moving equipment in our steel fabrication facility. This is a great entry level position with the opportunity for on-the-job training in a trade AND for quick advancement.

What We Are Looking For:

- Must be at least 18 years if age or older

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to learn and a desire to grow with a company.

What You’ll Do as a Material Handler/Rigger:

- Operate various material-moving equipment including overhead cranes, jib cranes, hand carts, pallet jacks and use a wide variety of associated shop equipment and tooling throughout the facility.

- Consistent walking and climbing are required as part of the material handling process.
