Your role at Baxter

This position is responsible for moving product through the distribution center, safely and accurately, while following all safety and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by presenting and interacting in a manner that is conducive to the purpose and mission of the company overall.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more open with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
