We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Production Scheduler

How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, capacity constraints, and material availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze production capacity, labor, equipment availability, and inventory to proactively identify constraints and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective actions to resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or material shortages.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems and maintain clean data related to production orders and inventory levels.
- Generate and report key metrics including schedule attainment, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance scheduling processes, reduce lead times, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
