Supply Chain
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Master Data Analystto ensure the accuracy and integrity of key master data across our supply chain systems and digital platforms. This role bridges supply chain operations with website content, focusing on managing products, vendor, and material data both in ERP systems and on the company’s website or e-commerce platform.
You’ll collaborate across departments, including Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and IT—to ensure that both internal systems and public-facing product data are aligned, accurate, and optimized for performance and user experience.
- Create, maintain, and govern master data records related to materials, pricing, vendors, products, locations, and BOMs across ERP and MDM systems.
- Ensure all supply chain master data complies with internal data governance policies and business rules.
- Perform routine data validation, cleansing, maintenance, and enrichment activities.
- Support new product setups, supplier onboarding, and changes related to manufacturing or sourcing.
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing update frequency and ensure accurate pricing is reflected in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and IT teams to resolve data issues and support end-to-end business processes.
- Participate in ERP and MDM system upgrades, data migrations, and testing efforts.
- Manage data accuracy and consistency between internal systems (ERP, PIM) and website content.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to support product launches and seasonal updates.
- Monitor product data performance online (e.g., searchability, completeness) and recommend improvements.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to drive data accuracy and optimize the digital shelf.
- Maintain documentation and workflows for ERP data updates and approvals.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual work through automation or standardization.
- Effectively manage multiple ongoing projects or data initiatives while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset—actively seek feedback, learn new tools, and adapt to evolving systems and priorities.
- Maintain strong focus and follow-through on tasks and responsibilities, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in master data management or data analysis, preferably in a supply chain or e-commerce environment.- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic SQL).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional workflows and meet deadlines.
- Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
- Understanding of digital merchandising and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Background in retail, wholesale, or direct-to-consumer supply chains.
- Be a key player in aligning internal supply chain data with a dynamic digital presence.
