Company Overview: We are a well-established, reputable commercial concrete, masonry, excavation contractor and masonry washing contractor. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, on-time projects, and are seeking an experienced Masonry Washer to join our dynamic team. Position Title: Masonry Washing

Location: Nowthen, MN Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Union brick layers local #1 scale Benefits: Fuel card, company vehicle (optional) and more.

Key Responsibilities:

· Experience in commercial pressure washing is required

· Must be able to move materials and equipment weighing up to 80+ pounds

· Repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation required

· Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, ladder and stair climbing and occasional crawling, twisting and lying are a must to perform the basic functions of the job

· Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

· Occasional weekend work required

· Qualified applicants must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation of their own,

· Will provide required training to operate 40’ and 60’ boom lifts (can provide training)

· Occasional work outside of the Metro

· Knowledge and small engine repair are preferred

Qualifications:

Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have commercial pressure washing related experience, be a self-starter, have good communication skills, a clean driving record and the ability to adapt to ever-changing job-site needs. The requirements listed are a standard minimum, we welcome knowledge from other trades as well.

Skills:

· The ability to work with others to complete essential duties and responsibilities

· Self-motivated to accomplish needed task without direct instruction.

· Follow TR's processes and meet role expectations, following TR & OSHA’s safety regulations

· Problem solving skills

Certifications

· Valid health card

· OSHA 10 (preferred)

· Clean driving record
