Job Summary
Are you an experienced construction leader with a strong background in masonry? We’re seeking a results-driven Masonry Project Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily exterior cladding projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, field coordination, and scheduling skills, as well as a deep understanding of masonry systems, labor management, and quality control.
Duties
•Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
•Oversee heavy equipment operation and ensure proper handling on-site.
•Manage the build process including CMU Block, Full Brick, Thin Brick and Stone Installations. Min 5 years experience required.
•Implement restoration techniques as needed to maintain project integrity.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
•Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and milestones.
Experience
•Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is required.
•Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation is essential.
•Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
•3+ years of experience managing masonry or cladding projects
•Strong knowledge of masonry systems, scaffolding, and material logistics
•Proven ability to lead teams and meet tight deadlines
•Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
•OSHA 30 certification preferred
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
