We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Strategist / Lead Generation Strategist to own the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing efforts that drive qualified leads and brand awareness. This role will work in-house as the internal point person overseeing all marketing initiatives—collaborating closely with external vendors across design, PPC, SEO, and web development.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to align external marketing resources toward company goals.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels (digital, traditional, grassroots, events) to support company revenue targets.
Serve as the primary internal marketing lead, managing relationships with outside vendors (PPC, SEO, design, website, print, video) to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.
Align all marketing efforts with company objectives, seasonal goals, service offerings, and promotions.
Oversee the development of campaigns, ad calendars, and content plans in collaboration with internal leadership and outside partners.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor scopes, and timelines to ensure cost-effective execution.
Collaborate with call center and sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and closed-loop feedback.
Coordinate internal marketing efforts like social media, email newsletters, community involvement, sponsorships, and events.
Conduct market research and track competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, or lead generation.
Experience managing and collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website conversion optimization).
Excellent project management and communication skills—organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus, but not required.
