We are looking for a collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our tight-knit team. You will help drive the pursuit of new opportunities by producing engaging proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that reflect our brand and the excellence of our work. You will work closely with project teams, marketing leaders, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex and dynamic projects.
Key responsibilities to enhance our team
Proposal Development & Support
•+ Coordinate, develop, and produce qualification packages, proposals, and interview materials.
+ Write, edit, and organize pursuit content with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and storytelling.
+ Develop visual graphics that enhance and support the copywriting.
+ Manage pursuit schedules, deadlines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
+ Collaborate with project and pursuit teams to gather and customize technical content.
+ Create project sheets, resumes, and other marketing collateral aligned with Holder’s brand standards.
+ Assist in content development for marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
+ Support event coordination and promotional activities as needed.
Database Management
•+ Maintain and update marketing and proposal databases (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Egnyte, and other tools).
+ Track project photography, pursuit information, and past performance data.
Background and skills for a good fit
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role, directly in the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry.
•Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).*
•Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
•Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
•Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
•Understanding of Dynamics 360/CRM and marketing database tools.
