Marketing Operations Coordinator

Tidal Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our Raleigh team. We’re searching for someone who can bring innovative marketing strategies to the table and fuel creativity. Your mission will be to propel our brand by designing campaigns that reach our target audience while also managing crucial aspects of daily operations. You’ll work closely with our leadership, operations, and dispatch teams to enhance productivity and ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and execute comprehensive marketing and digital strategies across multiple platforms

· Produce ideas for promotional events and facilitate ordering

· Manage leads and customers through our CRM platform

· Create and maintain a database for tracking generator maintenance agreements

· Complete and assemble all permit documents for electrical projects

· Schedule, coordinate, and manage all permits and inspections with various municipalities

· Provide weekly status updates on all projects

· Assist with special projects as needed

Desired Skills:

· Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

· In-depth understanding of web analytics

· Keen attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft products (particularly Word and Excel)

· Capable of multi-tasking, performing well under pressure, and effectively prioritizing and managing time and workload to meet project management demands

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous
