This position plays a key role in APG&E's residential business, serving to support the needs of our third-party broker relationships. The role reports to a Marketing Manager, whose focus is on residential sales and renewals.
- Manage workflow for residential sales escalations, consulting with Marketing Managers when needed, and coordinating resolution with Customer Care, Operations, Commissions, IT, Compliance, etc.
- Manage MarkeTrak transactions for brokers, including investigation with other business units and appropriate follow up / resolution.
- Respond to partner inquiries regarding bill copies, contract documents, account numbers, transfer of service, fee waivers, deposit waivers, credit checks, fraud reviews, switch holds, etc.
- Set up new user credentials in broker self-service portal.
- Manage API keys in test and production environments for brokers, and assist Marketing Managers with testing as needed.
- Update internal SharePoint site with new broker information, working with Marketing Managers to ensure all broker information is accurate, including broker compensation information
- Ensure confidentiality in all communications with partners, customers, etc.- Experience in the retail energy industry preferred (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
