Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Content Creator Coordinator to join our team at Justin Doyle Homes, a leading custom home builder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, support brand management efforts, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This individual will work closely with the sales and design teams to create marketing materials, coordinate digital campaigns, and enhance our online presence to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our custom home building services. Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and supporting the brand's overall positioning in the market.
Photography and Videography: Create still and video content for social media and advertising campaigns. Edit and produce content for JDH’s YouTube channel and other social platforms to visually communicate brand values.
Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging for digital and print materials, including website content, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
Podcast Development:
Assist in the planning, production, and promotion of the Justin Doyle Homes podcast, including brainstorming content ideas, scheduling guest interviews, coordinating recordings, and supporting post-production and distribution to align with overall brand messaging.
Social Media Coordination: Support the development and growth of the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and ensure messaging consistency.
Website & SEO: Update and maintain the company website. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract targeted traffic in line with brand management goals.
Lead Generation & CRM Support: Assist with campaigns that drive inbound leads and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and support timely responses.
Brand Support: Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure consistency and alignment of the Justin Doyle Homes brand across all marketing channels and materials.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences to guide marketing efforts. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to help strengthen brand positioning.
Event Support & Sponsorships: Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and community sponsorships to build awareness and support the brand’s local presence.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing software (CRM, email marketing platforms).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a creative mindset.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with custom home building or real estate marketing.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
