Job Summary :

TDIndustries’ Marketing & Communications team is seeking a talented coordinator to elevate our internal and external communications, brand recognition and messaging as it relates to our mission as a premier mechanical construction and facilities services company. This role is a blend of marketing and communications, requiring knowledge and skill in content creation, digital and print publications, basic graphic design and brand management to ensure consistency and impact.

Responsibilities include marketing lead generation copywriting; intranet article writing and publishing; benefits related newsletters and communications; social media execution and scheduling; SEO and website updates; photography and video projects; public relations; community engagement and volunteer coordination, including internal and external events.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills. The collaborative role is focused on building brand recognition and messaging to achieve business goals as well as drive internal communications to build on TD’s strong culture and reputation.


Essential Duties:

Drive social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Develop and produce high-quality content for marketing channels including social media platforms, newsletters, customer publications, press releases and other external communications.
Collaborate to create videos, simple graphics, and coordinate other visual assets for social media, events and marketing initiatives. Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Capture high-quality cell phone/iPad photos and videos at job sites, offices and corporate culture and community engagement events to be used for marketing and promotional materials.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance TDIndustries’ brand presence and outreach across platforms, including the corporate intranet.
Maintain a comprehensive content calendar for marketing and communication campaigns.
Write, edit, and coordinate design for digital and print materials, publications, email campaigns, and other branded communication to support internal departments, talent acquisition, employee resource groups, company volunteer philanthropy efforts and corporate intranet.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field is preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail; critical thinking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Experience creating and scheduling social media posts
Interviewing skills and ability to work with stakeholders and subject matter experts at every level of the organization
Work closely with creative directors and designers to develop marketing materials
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video script writing preferred
