What You Will Be Doing
As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and website activities. You will lead and assist in conducting marketing strategies, implementing ad campaigns, and strategic SEO strategies. You will assist and lead in various projects such as analyzing consumer behavior data and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics. The Marketing Associate will work closely with Renu’s sales and business development team on identifying new opportunities and building client relationships for multifamily and hospitality renovations.
Essential Job Functions
•Create and manage a marketing calendar based on budgets provided by Leadership.
•Create post copy content and graphics.
•Publish scheduled and unplanned social media.
•Create and manage Google Business Profile, content and reviews.
•Support project photography.
•Manage company’s social media accounts.
•Create, publish, and measure ad campaigns, maintaining organized records of results.
•Ensure eligible Renu employees are registered in our Associations.
•Ensure branding standards are represented correctly in and outside the company.
•Identify new opportunities by conducting market research.
•Ability to communicate with all levels of clientele, prospects, and direct report.
•Basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes.
•Assist in data structure and timing of email campaigns.
•Assist in leading our SEO and Email Drip Campaign.
•Stay up to date on and implementing SEO and AI discoverability measures.
•Assist and perform if needed, WordPress website SEO needs.
•Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
•Gather and analyze consumer behavior data by examining web traffic and rankings, among other metrics.
•Work with the Director of Business Development to identify target audience and new potential clients, vetting their potential.
•Create advertising collateral material by utilizing design and marketing tools and techniques.
•Assist with planning and organizing promotional and trade show events.
•Assist in internal branding and apparel.
•Order and maintain supply of approved SWAG products.
•Create monthly internal company newsletters.
•Foster employee participation in regards to social media promotional support.
•Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
•3-5 years of proven marketing experience required.
•College degree in Marketing preferred.
•Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Design, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, web analytics, Google AdWords and other marketing and CRM platforms.
•An understanding of SEO keywords and website analytics such as Semrush.
•LinkedIn navigation and marketing strategies.
•Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•Some weekends required, when necessary.
•Experience with SEO/SEM strategies, webtools, and analytics.
•Highly creative, strong problem-solving skill and excellent time management.
•Limited travel within the United States for trade shows.
