Marketing and Communications Representative

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communication Representative to join our Communications department.

Purpose

The Marketing & Communication Representative will work to increase Tenaris’s brand awareness and recognition in the United States by developing innovative marketing initiatives while supporting existing corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

•

Support the development of campaign concepts for both traditional and digital advertising, with a focus on local communities and customers.

•

Tradeshows and Customer Events: Coordinate and execute Tenaris’s presence at regional conferences and tradeshows. Plan and organize customer events, technical seminars, and employee functions.

•

Create written communications for the Tenaris website, printed materials, case studies, presentations, social media, and internal channels.

•

Help expand Tenaris's digital footprint through video production and content creation for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.

•

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative sales tools and promotional materials for Tenaris products and services.

•

Support regional leadership in maintaining effective employee communication routines at offices and manufacturing sites across the United States.

Experience, skills and qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (required)

•

Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred)

•

Spanish language skills (a plus)

•

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications-related role

•

Experience with digital tools such as graphic design, social media platforms (e.g., HubSpot), videography/photography (a plus)

•

Project management experience is valuable

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

Strong time management and adaptability

•

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global communications team

•

Strong “Customer First” mindset

•

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

•

Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

Additional Requirements

•

Regular domestic travel and occasional international travel required

•

On-call responsibilities as needed
